Authorization to share personal data with partners participating in the pilot program «Le numérique au quotidien»

 The pilot program “Everyday Digital Technology” aims to empower citizens to use everyday digital tools, thereby reducing the digital divide that affects some users. The goal is to promote their independence by facilitating communication with the Hospice Général (sending documents, email, etc.), as well as with all government agencies with which they interact.

The pilot program consists of two distinct services:

• Workshops with prior registration
• Open sessions without appointment

By clicking YES, I authorize Hospice Général to share my personal data (name, telephone number, personal identification number and email address) with OSEO for my participation in the program.
